48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 48 hours prior to the original appointment time. Appointments that are canceled or rescheduled within the 48-hour window will be charged 100 % of the original service fee.
PUNCTUALITY: We kindly ask that you arrive not more than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment because Fabricio Ormonde Skincare care is a private 1 on 1 experience and we value our clients privacy.
LATE ARRIVALS : If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your full treatment. However, please understand that your treatment time may be shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments.
